1. Does it need a neutral wire? How could I know whether there is a neutral wire？
Yes, it needs a neutral wire.
The best way is to check the actual wires in the switch box, the neutral wire is often going to be colored blue, but it also may be other colors.
2.What type of this switch?
This switch is 1/2/Multi-Way ON/OFF WiFi switch. It is not dimmer and can not adjust the fan speed or light brightness.
3.Could it pair with non-smart switches to use as 2-way?
No, it should pair with other smart switches. On this basis, use it as 2-way or multi-way via multi-control association in Smart Life App, not by 2-way wiring. It is 1-way wiring.
4.The switch works well before I put on glass panel,but cannot work well after putting panel on.How to solve the problem?
After testing, please switch off the main power supply. Then carefully slide the glass panel to each side.Wait for 5-10 minutes and turn on the circuit breaker again. Please wait at least 3 minutes for switch reset before using it.
5.How to find switch on Alexa/Google Home?
You need to download smart life app. And add device (our switch) to the app. You can find the Alexa/Google Home in third-party voice services. Then Try to add it by following steps showing in the system.
6.Why I cannot connect the switch to WiFi?
Make sure the switch is in red quickly flashing paring status. Press and hold the switch for 5 seconds min.,the switch will initiate configuration and starts to flash RED quickly.Then connect the WiFi smart switch to the Smart Life App by following steps in APP.
Make sure to enter your WiFi password correctly and the WiFi signal strong enough.
Make sure your WiFi is 2.4GHz when paring.If not 2.4GHz,please transfer to 2.4GHz by following steps showing in APP firstly.
7.How to reset the Switch?
Cut power off power for about 10 minutes.Switch will reset. Mostly, switch can work well after resetting.

Excellent support from the manufacturers
I bought a ‘used – like new’ WiFi 3 gang switch from Amazon. When it arrived, I found first that the enclosed instruction leaflet was in German. I contacted CNBINGO support and within 24 hours they emailed me the English instructions. I then fitted the switch, but could not get it to start pairing with the wifi. I contacted CNBINGO again, with a photo of the switch body, and they emailed back to say that the switch Amazon had sold me was not the wifi model! They promised to send me the wifi switch that I should have received and within 3 days it arrived, I fitted it and it works very well. The set up was straightforward. Complements to CNBINGO for a level of support that I was not expecting and often don’t get from other suppliers.

A good looking light switch.Functionally it works very well, a nice satisfying click as it turns on/off and the small blue circle is backlit with a dim blue light when the switch is off and a brighter blue light when it is on.It does need a deeper back box than is normal for a UK light switch so worth checking you have one fitted already or are prepared for any extra work needed to fit one.I used a 35mm plasterboard back box which is just deep enough.This switch needs a neutral connection, so be prepared to run a neutral feed to your light switch, in the UK it is not normal to have one at a light switch, as it is usual to only switch the Live connection to a light fitting.The switch plate itself is made of what appears to be Glass and is nice and plain with only the aforementioned blue circle visible on its surface…Which brings me to another couple of points of interest, the screws that fix the switch to the back box are hidden behind the glass plate, which clips in place courtesy of its plastic bezel, which is both good and not so good…Good because you donât see the screws, (which rather helpfully have adjustment to allow you to twist the switch to get it absolutely level), and also good because the plastic bezel doesnât look out of place… it is almost invisible to the casual observer, but I wonder how it will fare over the years as the switch is removed and replaced ?The only really big issue I have with this product is the instruction leaflet…It is extensive, but seems to be written for a lot of different products like this one, and concentrates almost exclusively on connecting to Alexa etc.. having said it is extensive it is also unstructured and very difficult to follow.So much so that I gave up with it and used common sense and trial and error to set mine up.Unable to comment on reliability and longevity as its only been fitted fir a day or so, but as all of these switches seem to use the same electronics I wouldnât expect it to be any better or worse.Having said all of the above I would probably buy another.Update: 05/03/2021.Just discovered if you have a power cut, or need to power cycle the switch, (to reset the switch after removing the cover, in my case as I was decorating), then you need to go through the whole performance of setting your switch up on the app.Well you do if you want to operate it through the app and/or Alexa, it still works ok manually.Which considering how non user friendly this is … is very annoying.

Functionality becomes limited over time.
Product was easy to install / set up, functioned perfectly at first but now can only be operated using smart app (1year since installation). Note: this is in a watertight garage/shed and only used 1-2 times a week.

Great but could be an issue
Hi.Nice looking product. Easy to connect and use. I have tried other manufacturers of these switches and find CNBINGO are the bestHOWEVERThis dimmer will not dim 2 LED bulbs.Do you have any idea as to why this could be?I have had the bulbs hooked up to a normal dimmer switch and the bulbs dim as expected.Thanks

Works great
I was a bit worried with some negative comments made in reviews but having received the switch and fitted it, I can confirm that in my case these comments were unfounded. The switch was easy to fit, connects to the WiFi easily and remembers it’s configuration, reconnecting automatically when the power is removed. I replaced a manual switch for my porch lights with this so I could control it with my smartlife app. Atm I have it on a schedule but it was my intention to have a motion sensor to trigger it. Unfortunately the sensor didn’t work for my application so am rethinking but this switch is good and looks very smart

Great smart dimmer switch
Needed to replace 2 bedroom dimmer switches, and I canât stand manual clicky push dimmers. Opted for this smart version for app control.Instructions were provided, however if you canât wire a light switch you shouldnât be doing electrical work. Packaged back box screws donât fit, but you can just use the old switch ones or buy some.One socket had neutral wire in the wall, the other only had twin and earth, however it was a short run to the attic so I routed out a new trace and installed new 3 core and earth for the neutral wire.Flashes red when not configured; must be set up using the Smart Life app. Then on works like a normal dimmer.Buttons have a soft blue back glow when off which is great as helps to see the panel at night. Response is good and app works well.Cannot fault, perfect smart dimmer, trailing edge compatible with led arrays.

Purchased two of these and one one-gang to run my complex heating and hot water system (5 zones). At the end of the day, heating controls are simple on/off switches so these were the on/off switches chosen because they had manual override.I found the switches very easy to connect to Smart Life (again switches were chosen because they worked with Smart Life – I have other devices on Smart Life) and they are working well (installed yesterday). I’ll update the review if anything changes.One thing to watch: the one gang had a plastic back plate which meant it deformed if over tightened onto the back box ( i used 41mm (?) back boxes from Screwfix). This meant that the cover would not snap on and the manual override didn’t work. The two gang switches had metal back plates which meant that this wasn’t an issue with the two gang switches.

Easy to install. Screw terminals are a bit disappointing but you can’t argue with the price. They look really nice on the wall. Setup with Tuya was a breeze, they are automatically recognized.In Tuya, you can not change colors of the LED backlight, or when the switch is active. But there are at least red LEDs available in the unit as they are visible during setup. Also, turning off the LEDs in Tuya only turns them off when inactive, so if you push a button they still light up. May be a limitation of Tuya only (not sure).

Stylish. Works well. Easy to install & setup using the SmartLife App is straightforward using the auto-detect function in the App. Creating âScenesâ is a real plus as can now have outside lights come on at sunset & switch off at bedtime. Would be useful to have instructions in English as some of the German doesnât translate well.
