I think this is brilliant….
Everything worked fine, it was dead simple to learn and install. The sound is perfect, I don’t agree with one reviewer who said it wasn’t perfect. Bluetooth will deliver a very high quality sound. I have just one thing I’m not sure about, there were two incidents of radio interference on the first long (3-4 hours) journey. Possibly, probably, this is inevitable with a smartphone bluetoothing to this little adaptor, but it’s a shock, and with my old wired connection, it never happened. So you might look into this topic, but my feeling is it’s no fault of the HVMLAK adapter, I think it works fine, but you may get blasted once in a while. Just hitting the ‘off’ button on the car stereo stops the problem, then switch back on.Edit April 2024: I did have a few problems with occasional interference in the first month of using this, but after that, no problem at all. I just upped my rating to 5 stars, this is a simple fairly fuss-free bit of kit.

Battery not up to it
Loved the product gave me a week enjoyment of streaming music from my phone to the car as intended. Then I experienced battery issues as it stopped charging. After a two hour charge it was still low and would not connect up bluetooth

Terrible item never worked
It’s rubbish. I have never been able to use it as it will not even power on. I’ve tried to charge it, but there is no lights showing on it at all. Would not recommend this at all. Have up give it one start just to leave a review for it. Tried it again to see if it would work and it didn’t work.

Bought this to replace an AUKEY BT adapter, this is far better, using it to connect my phone to car aux input, far better volume than when connected by cable, so good I bought another to connect phone/tablet to hi-fi unit

Added this little receiver to my ear mufffs so I can listen to music while on the mower. Worth the money, itâs cheaper than buying Bluetooth ear protection. Hold a good charge, I ran it for 2 hours with any issues.
