Very impressive machine!
So this tiny PA is loud, very loud. I know it says 15w on the box, but i’m used to using a 700w Fenton thats six times bigger and the way it delivers the sound made them seem almost identical in volume. This devise is very impressive. Also the sound quality is fantastic. Its crystal sharp, with great microphone clarity.It has bluetooth, built in radio and tf card. I however used a mini-usb loaded with over 200 songs in mp3 format. It lives in the machine. When I turn it on, it automatically selects the usb and plays the last track it was on. (No cycling through modes like some other devices, it remembers what it was using last). It does this in about two seconds. So is also fast to load.The numbers on the front allow you to jump to any song you want instantly. If i press 35, it takes a second to jump to that track and start playing it. The numbers at the front control the track selection. So if you have misplaced the remote control, you can use the devise itself to navigate. This is an extremely rare feature that makes this unit very valuable.It has an LED screen at the front to show the track it is playing and time. As well as the devise it is playing from and the battery level indicator.The remote is also excellent. It responded instantly to any command I sent it from almost any angle. I didn’t test the distance but it was nice to have a decent remote unlike some of my other PAs. There is a volume switch on the remote, but I think thats a digital volume level thats separate to the turn volume on the machine. It appears to have 15 digital volume levels according to the LED screen. I made sure the digital volume was on 15 (max) and was still able to make it even louder by turning the volume knob on the devise itself.Charging – it uses a usb-c lead to usb. It comes with a short lead but no plug. So you may need to buy a longer lead and a usb plug for recharging if you don’t already have one. It did play while plugged in. But I don’t know if it was charging. A small red light appears when charging. It has a battery indictor to show how much charge is in it. But its a guess what it actually means. It appears to represent full, half and quarter. Thats it. So not very useful for predicting how long the battery has left in it.The battery health is unknown. I used it for a two solid hours from new, without charging. The battery indicator was showing quarter at the end. But since I’m not sure how full it was start I don’t know if thats good or not.It comes with two handheld wireless microphones, that are both on different channels, which are both tuned to that particular machine. I had access to two other microphones from another unit, but they failed to respond. So if those microphones break, you cant buy spares; its buy a whole new machine.It says in the instructions that two units can be linked to allow music to connect between them. Im guessing the microphones are tuned to each machine so as to not cause conflict when linking.The microphone has its own volume knob, separate to the music knob. It also has separate bass and treble volume knobs.It comes with a swivel handle permanently attached, and an attachable shoulder strap for transportation.This machine is the best portable PA I have ever owned.However. It should be noted that I first bought one from Amazon Warehouse. When it arrived, it was crackling and had a screw loose inside. I looked at the screws wondering if I could fix it, but there were no screws that i could see. Also the handle was secured with a star shaped head screw. A tool I did not have. So if I did find a way inside, I might not have the tools to do it.Reading the reviews, it appears other buyers have reported a similar fault. Since this was from Amazon Warehouse, I’m guessing this might have been the same faulty machine passed from person to person. Im glad I bought this was amazon with easy returns, as I did see some other third-party sellers which don’t have the same return policy. Even though I returned the faulty one, it had impressed me so much that I immediately bought a brand new one.That was how I was able to test the handheld mics from another unit on a different devise. I was considering keeping the cheaper faulty unit just for the spare microphones; but sadly they wouldn’t work, as they are each on their own frequency tuned to the machine it came with. I found no way of changing the frequency.I did discover that JYX made a wireless headset microphone on the same frequency. However I was unable to find a seller in the UK. Also with the handheld mics being on their own channels; I don’t know if it would work with this unit. If I could find a trustworthy seller; I would risk it. But there was only one site selling it and it had some negative reviews. Hopefully the headset mic will become available in the future.Im really glad I bought this unit. I will only know with time how good the battery is, and how well it will survive regular use. But my initial impressions are its the best Portable PA I have ever owned. It looks modern and the ability to jump around usb tracks via the device itself makes it stand out from the very crowded market.

First responce sounding good
As a sound man i have lots of kit to deal with all types of demands, but never gone into the cheaper units around, but this caught my attention as it even has 2 radio mics,battery powered, light weight, tone controls, BT and a lot more. So first response on powering up is not bad at all for the price, and will come in handy for little meetings etc. The design is very well thought out with all ins and controls on the top. The radios are fixed on same frequency and connect when switched on but that’s it as they do not go through the tone controls but just to the master out. The are not directional so thats good as they need to be used close front. The sound is very good and full rounded for price. So the tone controls work for inputs on top including BT . I have yet to test the Aux in, with a turntable, but with the headphone on a mobile you need it on full. The 2 mic inputs on top are normal mono jack plus a powered 3.5mm for lavalier etc.Note this is not a pro Karaoke machine or PA system but in a small area is quite powerful. Couple of small moans is you can not unclip the handle and the front flashes BTooth all the time if not being used or switched to radio. Also a loop out would have be useful. If you bought 2 of these you can use for stereo/more power, but would 4 mics all work together ?

JYX 66BT Karaoke Machine I ordered the JYX Karaoke Machine to use in group settings, primarily for the loud speaker function. I already used it for two different events (outside) and it worked perfectly. For its price, it is a great value: light weight & easy portability, setup a breeze (including connecting the mics) and it has great sound. It comes with 2 wireless microphones which makes it even more convenient. It can broadcast quite loudly either indoors or outdoors in a reasonable sized area. I found I could connect an old mp3 player via the 3.5mm jack input. I now have access to several thousand songs already recorded. You could also connect a phone, ipad, or computer via Bluetooth 5.0.I tried testing access to Karaoke songs on the internet via the Bluetooth connectivity and that worked well too. This was a good purchase and I look forward to many hours of entertainment and group functions. I look forward to exploring more of the machine’s capabilities going forward.

Good for the price and home use..

I got the JYX Karaoke machine for my Sound Healing session and it works well. I wanted a portable, light weight product and easy to work with. The reason I gave it 4 star was the price, in comparison it was a little in higher range price.
