Pleased with this little cabinet.
At the time of writing this review the Kenable 10-inch data cabinet I purchased a few months ago is no longer listed on Amazon. Hopefully it’ll be relisted because I think it’s brilliant value at £49.99.10-inch components are much harder to come by than the 19-inch variants but when you can find them you can put together a nifty little rack. I’ve got mine set up in the shed at the top of the garden. Inside it I have a cat 6 patch panel, gigabit POE switch and a 3-way PDU. It’s mainly used to supply POE to my security cameras.A word of warning. If you’ve got big hands, arthritis or the clumsy sort you might struggle with this cabinet because of how compact it is. That’s not a crticism of this cabinet in particular but of 10 inch cabinets in general I’d assume. I’m glad I went for the open back design because running cables to and from such a small rack would be far harder if it were an enclosed unit. With it being located in a garden shed I expect a spider or two to make a nice warm home inside it.

New model
The version delivered seems to be a new model. The colour is charcoal grey and the cabinet is solid with the sides being vented. It has no rear panel, only a 1½” barrier with cutouts to attach to a wall. Included is a 16 pack of screws, washers and nuts but no shelf. The door is almost completely glass with 2 silver corner pivot hinges so expect to get plenty of fingerprints unless you use the key. Strictly as a wall bracket it looks good. Ideally I wanted a back plate as I’m placing it on a table and wanted to hide any cables so I’ll have to improvise. If the images had been updated I would have given it 5 stars.

Good value, but shelf will not take a heavy load.
A neat little cabinet, ideal where a standard 19″ unit is not required, as was my case. Only thing to note is that the adjustable shelf is attached at the front only, so too much weight will cause it to bend, no problem if fitting small router, switch etc.

It would be great if the cable was 2.5m long but it is 1.5m long instead and renders it useless in my case.
