Top ergonomic mouse
This is a brilliant ergonomic mouse. Pain in my wrist has totally disappeared after switching to it. What is best is that the mouse is at a half-way angle, not completely vertical. That was enough to suppress my wrist strain and is much more comfortable to use than a totally vertical mouse, which I find awkward. I canât get used to a vertical mouse, but transition to this one was perfect. I first used a similar shaped âJelly Combâ wired mouse, same as Perimice-719 mouse, but the wheel was not great and got worse after a year. This 819 wireless version has a much better wheel, totally worth the small extra price. The mouse has a soft finish and clicking is very soft and silent. It is quite small, I have big hands, but find it very agile moving it with my fingers. I do precision CAD drawing and standard office work and it excels in both, I wouldnât use any other mouse. I 100% recommend this mouse to whoever has wrist pain and find vertical mice awkward.Update June 2024:This time I bought the wired version for work: the Perimice-519, which has exactly the same shape as the wireless 819B reviewed above. I totally love both versions, no more wrist pain and a pleasure to use.For both of them, I found that the half-vertical angle of the mouse is perfect: it is enough to alleviate wrist discomfort and makes it much more natural and precise to use the click buttons than a fully vertical mouse. A fully vertical mouse is not precise, because you move it around with the whole forearm and you click sideways, which is unstable. I find it much more precise to click downwards than sideways. What I like with this type of ergonomic mice is I can move them just with the front of my hand and fingers, while keeping my wrist resting on the mat at an angle. It doesnât matter if you have big hands (I am a male with medium/big hands), you just use the front of the hand and donât grab the mouse completely.Pros:- Affordable but well made.- I love the silent click and wheel, it feels great and quiet.- Very nice rubberised matte finish.- Both versions very light.- Extremely comfortable and nimble: donât be put off by its small size.- No more RSI, easy transition from conventional mouse.Cons:- Scrolling not as good as the expensive Logitech Master series.

Stealthy Replacement for Jellycomb Mouse
As recommended by previous reviews this perfectly replaces the discontinued Jellycomb mouse, identical design (the white is a glossy plastic instead of the matt finish of the jellycomb, I’m not sure what the finish is on the black model) – I was heartbroken after my Jellycomb mouse started to fail and come to its end of life after years of perfect service. It’s plug and play – seamlessly works on Mac and PC, the ergonomic tilt is perfect angle for me and it’s just the right size personally (I have heard some people don’t like it’s smaller size – compared to say the Anker Ergonomic mouse).Silent clicking and a a textured scroll wheel makes it pleasant to use – i use it for design/artwork and it is intuitively accurate.Highly recommend.

Great Mouse
I bought this mouse to replace an identical one from another supplier (Jelly Comb) that seems to have intermittently died which Iâve had and used for the best part of 4 years. I laughed when the description of this product says âdesigned in Germanyâ etc. Thereâs several suppliers with this exact same mouse that just put a different brand name on it.That aside, I like this mouse for a few reasons:+ Itâs a small ergonomic / vertical type mouse which I like. Iâve got several other larger ones which are totally fine as well but I prefer this size.+ The clicks are very quiet. Not sure Iâd say silent but pretty close. The ergo mice Iâve got have very noisy clicks which drive me to the point of insanity.+ Because of the smaller size it takes us less space when I travel for business.+ Price point is fair.+ Mouse feel is sort of soft but matte.+ Battery life is good (most likely). Itâs too early to tell with this exact mouse but based on the previous one I had I rarely had to change the battery (1 x AA).+ USB dongle is low profile which means you can leave it connected to your laptop when putting in a bag. Or you can remove the dongle and store it inside the mouse in the battery compartment.+ Has three DPI modes which could be useful for doing certain kinds of tasks but the default setting works great for general office/business type work.+ Doesnât hurt my wrist or arm when using for long periods although a donât have carpal tunnel / RSI in the wrist so not sure how folks with that would find this – definitely better than a conventional mouse Iâd bet.

it Fits Under My Sliding Shelf! Comfortable to Use.
At long last, a small vertical mouse that fits inbetween my sliding shelf and my desk. Even small vertical mice are too high. And fall off the shelf when you close it (previous one was damaged last time this happened). I had to look long and hard for a vertical mouse that might fit. The measurements given in the listing said it was too high (measujrements given in listing are often imprecise I have found) but when it arrived, I found it did actually fit. So it actually was a couple of mm’s less high than measurements given in the listing, but that was all it needed. So now, no more RSI problems. The pain can be quite extreme so I am very relieved. But I wish the listings were more accurate. This is the third vertical mouse I have tried. The mouse could do with a less slippy surface, but otherwise it is perfect for someone with a ‘small’ hand. Very happy. It was also half the price of the previous one I purchased lol.It shouldn’t be so hard to find solutions to relieve RSI! But this mouse is definitely a solution.

Perfect for the office!
I bought this mouse after getting soreness and cramps in my wrist at work from a ‘normal’ one. I found that a lot of ergonomic mice were far too big in my hand and were not comfortable. I came across this one and I love it. I love the soft feel, the silent click and the shape and size is perfect. Super easy to set up – just plug the USB into the computer and thats it! No more cramp. I’ve had this for just over 6 months now and looks just as new ad working brilliantly!

This mouse had just the right lean to it. Most of the upright mice are too upright and can hurt your wrist. This is the most in line with your natural wrist angle. Absolutely the most comfortable mouse I’ve ever had!

After much research into popular vertical mouses, I settled on this one. After receiving it, I immediately loved it and bought a second one for my partner. I suffer from wrist strain and RSI as a result of my office job. My partner does not have wrist issues, but it is good to be preventative/improve wrist posture. I have found my wrist pain is significantly less since using this mouse, which I only use now for my job. I still have some mild (but now bearable) pain, but suspect this is from using my laptop without a mouse in leisure time, so cannot say for certain – but it has definitely lessened noticeably since switching to this mouse. The mouse is similar to many on the market based on reviews but a completely solid performer: it is incredibly comfortable, with absolute in its own right: there is absolutely no learning curve to switching either. It is as easy to operate as a flat mouse but far more comfortable. It is also the size of a regular mouse, so good for small or average hands (I have average-sized female hands). A lot of appealing contenders like the Anker seem to only cater to large hands unfortunately, so I struggled to find a vertical mouse that would be appropriate. The Permixx fits comfortably in the my hand and seems to be an average sized mouse, comparative to size of the standard issue at my workplace. I have seen the main criticism is for the forward/back buttons – I agree these are too high and difficult to reach, but as a bonus feature, I don’t use these enough to detract from my rating. However future models could improve by placing just a bit lower, while still being above the thumb curve. The scroll button is tactile and enjoyable to use – it has controlled scroll as well as click and free scroll. I am curious how more other vertical mouses that have a steeper angle feel compared to this one, so cannot comment as I have not tried other vertical mouses, but will say the angle on the Permixx is comfortable, far superior to a flat mouse, and still enough to make a difference to hand/wrist pain reduction and increased comfort in my experience. As an added bonus, it has a matte finish with excellent grip and has the feel of a quality mouse. It has only been about 3 months since purchasing but it has been an excellent mouse so far (both myself and my partner love it) and can definitely recommend to others.

Recomendado.

got this as replacement for logitech M590 which i can no longer find. Silent, almost noiseless clicking. after years of using logitech M590, the quietness is really important feature.it can connect to multiple devices (up to 3) but the switch is on the bottom of the mouse which is really inconvenient and annoying.the design takes a bit of getting used to but itâs comfortable.
