Perfect solution
My dad owns a small business and has run his shop on his own for nearly 40 years, he has a back office that he spends most of his time, however he needed something that would let him know when a customer walks in the main shop. Hence the need for this product.Set up was incredibly easy. The ring sound is loud enough to make him aware even when he is in the middle shop, and thatâs saying something since he is partially deaf!Itâs been an absolute life saver for him so it seems to be well worth the money for him!

I ordered this, but not because I wanted to be alerted to humans coming to the door…. I have an elderly dog, who likes to take herself out around the garden from time to time. That’s fine in the summer, when the door is open, but in the winter I was getting fed up of having to keep checking to see if she was ready to come back in, and was concerned I might be getting impatient with her while standing waiting at the door letting the heat out…. So I ordered this device, and it has performed faultlessly. I have set it up just outside the door, and it works perfectly every time! The infra-red outdoor detector is powered by 4x AA batteries, and the indoor chime plugs into an electrical socket. I have not really mastered how to pick a particular ring tone, but as it defaults to a doorbell-type chime that suits me fine, and on the loud setting it is plenty loud enough to hear over the TV etc. As I have set it down low just to catch the dog coming to the door, I have made a “baffle” to put in front of the outdoor detector, to save it activating every time I go in and out of the house, and thus save the batteries. All in all, a most useful device, that has so far proved accurate and reliable. RECOMMENDED!

2x bell-pushes & 4x ringer units: complexity but flexible and versatile
We bought this comprehensive doorbell system with 2x door-mounted bell-pushes and 4x plug-in ringers for a large single-storey barn conversion with 300m2 of habitable area, so we could always hear the doorbell wherever we might be in different parts of the house.Despite the apparent complexity, set-up is easy from the compact transport packaging. The bell-pushes attach to the door frames by 2-sided stickers with very strong adhesive, so ensure you line them up correctly because theyâre tough to peel-off and reposition. Small screws with matching raw plugs are included as alternative fixings. The units are powered by small batteries.Four identical mains-operated ringer units are supplied for different parts of the house, but you donât have to use them all. They sit quite wide in the power sockets so if you are sighting one in a twin socket, you may be restricted in what you can plug in to the other half of the socket because of the width of the ringer.A wide range of tunes is available beyond the default bing-bong chime. You scroll through these tunes on any ringer unit until you find one you like, and that remains the chosen tune until you pull a ringer out of its power socket or switch the power off, when immediately the system defaults back to the basic bing-bong. You can also program each bell-push with a different tune, so for example you can tell whether your visitor is at the front door or the back.A volume control ensures you can crank-up the volume of the ringers to the desired level.The system has a good range, and thus far has been 100% reliable. One really good feature is that even if you donât propose to deploy the two different bell-pushes with different ring-tones for two different outside doors, you still have the four separate ringer units for different parts of the house so youâll always hear the doorbell wherever you are.

Works well
I bought this for an unusual purpose I suppose, but it worked really well. We have a couple of pups and we are house training them. Our living accomodation is open plan, and so the dogs can wander from loinge to dining room to kitchen, and the kitchen door (out of sight if you’re in the lounge), is the exit to the back garden. After several “accidents”, I thougfht this might solve the problem. I fitted the sensor (no wiring required) low down nwxt to trhe kitchen door, and plugged the monitor into a wall socket in the longe. Now, if the dogs wander off to go for a tinkle, the sensor picks them up when they’re near the kitchen door, the monitor unit flasses (and you can have it make a sound too if you wish – we chose to use the “Bing-Bong” one!)i, and we can go to the door and let them out. Simples!

Can’t believe how easy this was to install and how great the functionality is for such a low price. I asked my wife to organize all the parts and measurements, etc and I’d install it when I returned home in about 15 mins. By the time I arrived, it was pretty much ready to go! We have two front doors and we love how each door bell has a different tune (which we programmed to pretty hilarious songs that make us laugh everytime someone comes over), so we know which door to answer. Also, with the three receivers we are able to place them in various areas inside the house or our backyard and move them as needed with ease, which is huge for us.For the price, ease of functionality and ease of installation I couldn’t be happier with this product.

I wanted a wireless doorbell with 2 door bells, 1 for the back door and 1 for the front. I did not want âsmartâ or wifi or cameras, just a basic wireless doorbell. This system is perfect, easy to set up and have different tones for the front and back. With the additional plug in we were able to put one over in the workshop which is a fair distance from the house and now if I need hubby for anything and heâs in the workshop I can push the door bell and he knows lunch is ready for example or thereâs a phone call for him. Living in Manitoba though Iâve yet to see how well it will stand up to our winters.

Easy to install and excellent range. However many of the choices of the chimes sound very similar, just longer notes for the same chime. I was hoping for a larger variety of chimes, not the same chime but different length of tune. However it works as it should, so I cannot complain too much.

Alles prima. Die Installation war extrem einfach. Achtung: Nur englische Anleitung. Am Empfängerteil, was in die Steckdose kommt, muss man nur den obersten Button seitlich 5 Sekunden drücken (in der Steckdose) und schon ertönt ein Klingelton, den man in der Lautstärke einstellen kann. Die darunter liegende Pfeiltasten bringen einen zu den anderen Klingeltönen. Ich habe mir nicht alle angehört, als erstes kamen Weihnachtslieder. Mir reicht ein einfaches Ding-Dong. Das beigelegte selbstklebende Pad für die eigentliche Klingel, die drauÃen an die Tür kommt, hält sehr gut. Bin gespannt wie wasserdicht es ist, da es gelegentlich darauf regnen kann, wenn es sehr windig ist. Für den Preis unschlagbar, vor allem ohne Batterie anzuwenden, sonst müsste man andauernd die Klingel abmachen. Das einzige, was ich toll fände, wäre ein schmaleres Design der Klingel. Denn ich musste sie auf unsere alte Klingel kleben, sonst hätte man nur die alte Klingel betätigt. Und da das Klingelteil ziemlich dick ist (wenigstens schmal), steht es nun doch sehr hervor. Aber damit kann ich leben. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
