There are a few things in there Ill confess Iâd probably not use, but the wire stripper, crimp, tester, and plugs are the main reason most would be buying, and it was for me, and these work well.Iâve been having an issue with a run I did last year where my mesh system would claim a hardwire connection back port wasnât available, so I had assumed it was my cable playing up before I ripped it all out. I got this initially to use as a test kit and then use it to rewire, but it indicated no signs of any issue, so I changed the mesh to a different brand, and itâs now solid. So whilst it cost me in getting new hardware, it stopped me from ripping out existing wiring to be back at the same position, so Iâm happy. Iâve used the stripper and crimp to further extend my cable run to the back of the house, and it worked with no issues, so Iâm very happy.Great basic kit for home network cabling.

Fab, affordable set for all you need to start doing your own ethernet cables.Not for the pro installer as expected, but great for the average DIYer for 25 cables to do, straight out it’s carry case.Recommended.
