Rubbish
I wouldnât even give this 1 star. Itâs terrible. Batteries terrible and doesnât last, my daughters keeps freezing then switching itself off , you have to pay or subscribe to all the apps/games. I stupidly bought it for her Christmas and didnât take it out the box until Christmas Eve to set up so itâs too late to send it back.

If I could give no stars I would, itâs terrible , itâs slow and freezes all the time doesnât work properly and if I hadnât of been so busy I would have returned but ran out of time , I would not buy again I would not recommend looks good but does not work at all

I bought this for my son for Xmas. It sounded like a fab deal. But it’s too good to be true. It has kept freezing and powering off. It takes like 12 hours to charge the battery life is really crap.The case is brill but that’s about it

Keeps freezing
This was great at first, a couple of weeks of using it and realised the battery doesn’t last long at all, it’s started to freeze and won’t restart. Can’t contact seller as there’s no option.

Great size and capacity but experiencing issues already
Was happy with this product for the price; excellent storage capacity and screen size, case is good and comes with screen protector, but unfortunately within less than a month of my daughter using it, it was freezing up (glitching as she would say), overheating and needs to be charged multiple times a day; and now the screen has broken, all within a month of having it 🙁

DONT BUY!
Absolutely awful tablet. Worked great for a week then started crashing and restarting. Even the chargers were flimsy and just broke. I bought two, one each for my twins and both did the same. Dreadful tablet

My 2 year old grandson opened for Christmas. He was so excited! The outer cover is wonderful for toddler hands! Takes a while to set up but other than that, it’s terrific…p.s…. he’s so quiet now. ð¤£

Se rompió el botón del volumen en 3 meses y al poner videos se para, no se si es que tiene poca capacidad o va mal, tiene algún problema. Quisiera que me facilitarán la forma de contactar con el fabricante para la garantÃa o como tengo que proceder que aquà en la app no veo nada y no se me ayuda con el robot. Gracias, Saludos
