Pretty good
works well, battery lasts a full day for me, using to pair IEM’s with my phone. There is a little noise in the amp when no audio is playing however leaves when audio starts playing. Sound is lound and clear with very low latency (for a Bluetooth connection). Device was easy to pair and works at a decent range.

Brought this as we do an annual long hall holiday, I hate the stupid headphones that they give you on all long haul flights. It worked as intended has nearly zero latency. The buttons are a bit of a faff to work but tbh I am nit picking

Works OK and does what it should.Construction and connection: Construction is solid. Case does not flex if pressed. Connections and TX/RX switch are recessed so they won’t get caught accidentally. While the USB charging lead is adequate, the 3.5mm audio connection lead is, for me, way too short. As the headphone socket on my TV is rather far back at the rear of the unit I found myself having to strain to plug the short lead in. Fortunately, I had a long spare lead which helped.Setup and use: Very easy to use. My judge of an items useability is whether I can set it up and use it without referring to the manual too often and I found the unit easy to get working. Took less than a minute to fathom out how to turn it on and pair it with my JBL headphones. Once I learnt how to do it I can now set things up in a few seconds. However, I think I would probably have to use the instructions for some of the more advanced features. That said, the instruction book is good and understandable. Last. but not least, the display, whilst small, is very readable and gives good feedback.Sound quality: Good and clear. The product claims ‘low latency’ and I found the claim accurate – with reservations. There is a VERY slight lip synch lag – nothing too bad and is barely noticeable if listening to direct TV broadcasts – and I have noticed that this is a feature of many transmitters. However, watching recordings from a Freeview recorder via HDMI produces a very noticeable lag. Bluetooth connectivity is very stable. I was able to wander around the house and go in the garden without too many problems but I did find some breakups in odd locations. I did have one issue with the left side audio developing a slight hiss but I think that may have been a problem with my headphone as turning them off and on again cured the problem.Overall, I think this is an adequate transmitter that is well made, does what it should and does it passably well. It’s easy to set up and use, gives a reasonable connection and works with minimal fuss. The only thing I cannot comment on at this point is battery life as my TV has USB out and the transmitter is under constant power.Given the price, quality and ease of use I would say it’s OK value but the recording audio lag does let it down somewhat.

Good sound – I’ve now used it ona flight and the sound quality was fine. I previously used a differnt device and the volume was insufficient. On this device, my earbuds ran out of power before the device did!

If you only require a BT transmitter for use on airplanes there’s better options.Some people would say that you must get a Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver as it works both ways and has multiple uses as you can connect it in Bluetooth receiver mode to the input of your sound system, speakers or to your car stereo. Or also use it in Bluetooth transmitter mode, connecting it to the audio output of your TV, PC or laptop, or Airplane entertainment system.However, I only require a BT transmitter for use on airplanes.I had no problem connecting to both Jabra earbuds and Marshall Major IV headphones. I’m no audiophile but I felt there was a bit of latency and the quality wasn’t the best.I also didn’t like the setup in that you use 3.5mm AUX Adapter, so you have 2 connection points one into the audio out socket and one into the BT transmitter, possibly leading to sound quality degradation and not being compact with lots of dangly bits when on a plane where other passengers want to get in and out of their seats past you is not the best setup.

Quand je prenais l’avion, j’avais le choix entre mon casque à réduction de bruit encombrant et les écouteurs de très mauvaises qualité fournis par les compagnies, et dont l’usage unique m’a toujours paru invraisemblable.Ce adaptateur fonctionne à merveille avec mes Airpods 4, qui suppriment environ 80% des bruits environnants sans être des écouteurs internes dont les embouts silicone me dérangent.L’autonomie est parfaite, un produit très utile pour ceux qui prennent des longs courriers, ou qui veulent tout simplement brancher leur casque sur un mini-jack.

Although this is highlighted to work on airplanes (which is relatively infrequently) the better option is to use it to cast audio from your phone to speakers without native bluetooth built-in or with outdated bluetooth versions. In my case, I use the transmitter on a soundbar with an older version of bluetooth and as a result music would often cut out/stutter and the range was extremely limited. However, since using this transmitter, I now enjoy a stronger connection, stability, reduction in latency and an increase in the sound quality – all in a small, portable package!
