It arrived next day, so it must have been warehoused in UK, and was a good price. It is quite small and light, looks well made and does what I wanted – that is to connect my iPhone 13 mini to my old Onkyo amplifier! I was hoping it might come with an RCA lead but it works ok with the 3.5mm jacks. I’m not good with tech and the coding so it is probably using the iPhone default system but it sounds a lot better than my old Sony Walkman from yesteryear. It was easy to set up, even for me, and I’m happy with the result.

Another solid piece from UGREEN. Fantastic for what it is, and extends the life of my analogues.
Basically turns any non-wireless audio output device into a Bluetooth capable device. I’ve been using it with a pair of Beyerdynamic Custom Studios, and it’s almost perfect. Audio quality is as if plugged directly into an audio interface or jack; but as expected with Bluetooth devices, if there’s too much interference or distance, you will get drops in the signal. It really depends on the environment, and how sensitive the instruments are; for my use case using this from my bed to connect to my desktop a couple of metres away, it’s fine; but near the heated airer at similar distance and line of sight, I started to get significant drops.Bluetooth pairing is super simple, and the device is recognised quickly; previously paired devices connect automatically once it’s powered on. You also get basic play/ pause through the button on the face of the device. This is the kind of thing that really breathes new life into analogue equipment, and makes you fall in love with sound again. Charging is quick, and 15 hours of playback is about right; although, I’m now considering if I need to give the streaming services a break, given how quickly I got there. In the box, you get a basic male to-male 3.5mm cable, and a USB-A to C cable for charging; however, no RCA cable is included for the relevant output; shame. Looking around at other offerings (many of which also provide all the necessary cables), it’s hard to miss the lack of optical or SPDIF outputs.These things aside, I’ve used several other UGREEN products that have generally been good, reliable pieces of equipment over the years. Buy with confidence.

Breathe new life into older Hi-Fi systems
Nowadays I tend to stream most of my music. That meant that I was missing out on the benefit of my expensive Hi-Fi system and speakers.This Bluetooth 6.0 Receiver with LDAC Hi-Res Audio, Bluetooth Audio Adapter for Hi-Fi allows enables me to start using that system again when I am streaming music rather than playing CDs, Tapes or Vinyl.The receiver is not much bigger than a match box in size and can easily be fixed in a suitable position using double sided tape or Velcro.Setting the unit up is easy with a USB charging/power lead and 3.5mm aux leads being included. However, if you want to utilise the RCA (phono) ports, you will need to buy a separate lead for that. In an ideal world I would have also liked slightly longer leads provided to make it easier to reach the connectors on the rear of my Hi-Fi system.Bluetooth connects quickly with no issues and the signal remains stable. Sound quality is also very good.One thing to note is the automatic shut-off after a period of inactivity. Whilst this helps preserve battery life, it does mean that you need to position the box where you can easily access the button to wake it up. Alternatively, you can connect/disconnect the USB power source to do the same thing.

Versicle and exceptional value for the price
This product offers exceptional value for its price, an easy 5 out of 5 stars, and is ideal for streaming music over Bluetooth. It functions well as a receiver and supports a variety of applications—you can use it to convert regular headphones into Bluetooth ones, link amplifiers over a distance, or simply reduce cable clutter in your setup. I personally used it with a powered subwoofer to eliminate the need for running cables across the room, and it performed flawlessly. Fortunately, my subwoofer has both left and right inputs, which worked well with the unit, but even if you only have one input, the left channel alone should suffice for most uses. It’s important to note that this device does not work with Alexa, as Alexa only supports its own ecosystem of devices. Setup was straightforward—it appears as “UGREEN BT” on your device and connects effortlessly. The device charges via USB-C and boasts impressive battery life; I used it for around seven hours and it still held a charge. While I only own one unit and can’t confirm how multiple units might interact, this single device worked seamlessly in my setup.Pros:- Excellent value for the price.- Works as a Bluetooth receiver with multiple applications.- Easy setup.- Long battery life.Cons:- Not compatible with Alexa (but that’s Alexa’s fault).

I’ve been using the UGREEN Bluetooth 6.0 Receiver in my Mazda 6 for just over two weeks, and it’s been a huge improvement to my car’s audio setup.
