Smart Life APP pairing steps:
1. Make sure the WiFi is 2.4GHz.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth of the phone.
3. Open the Smart Life APP.
4. Click the plus sign to add a device and select Electrician – Power Strip (Zigbee).
5. Add the Zigbee 3.0 hub to the Smart Life APP (Tuya hub or Philips hub is preferred).
6. Connect the Zigbee Power Strip to the power supply.
7. Press and hold the Zigbee Smart Power Strip button for 5 to 7 seconds.
8. Release the button when the indicator light flashes.
9. Open the Smart Life APP.
10. Then click the plus sign to add a device and select Electrician-Power Board (Zigbee).
11. Search and click Connect to use.
Notes:
1. ZigBee Power Strip must be used with ZigBee hubs (need to be purchased separately). If there is no ZigBee gateway/hub, the ZigBee Power Strip cannot be connected. Please prepare the ZigBee gateway/hub in advance.

Works well
Bought this after trying a similar Tessan model that didn’t work with Alexa. This one is a bit longer and not as pretty, but is well made. More importantly, it was picked up instantly by smart home services like Alexa and Google Home as soon as it was added to the Smart Life app. I could rename the sockets and start asking Alexa to turn them on and off immediately, with no further set up (no need to even open the Alexa app, if the Smart Life skill has previously been set up).All sockets are individually switchable (via SL / Alexa), as are the two USB sockets (which switch as one). There is a power button too, but this can only switch all sockets on / off together. Would recommend.

Itรขยยs well-made, sturdy, and small – I can easily fit it with other devices in a double socket or an extension lead. I have this set up with my lamp in the hallway using the timer function for it to switch on at night and switch off early in the morning, and it works really well. It does look slightly bulky, but it does the job.It was easy to connect to the app, and the connection is seamless throughout the day. I tried having the same account set up on multiple devices, and this seems to be working fine giving family members control over the plug too.I tried connecting this to my Google Home though and it took about 45 minutes for it to detect the plug for the first time, and an extra 15 minutes for it to actually link (whenever I tried connecting it when it appeared on my list, it would instantly disappear again). Iรขยยve never had this issue with my previous smart plugs hence the 4 stars. It was a hassle to connect when this shouldn’t be the case.Other than that though, it does its job and is a great addition to oneรขยยs home. Defective product
I bought several of these. I added them to Apple Home easily and was able to control the individual sockets from the app for a few weeks. They then became “unreachable”. I switched them off and on again and could access them once again – but only for a couple of hours. I retried this several times with the same result each time. This defeats the purpose of having a smart power strip. I wanted to return them today – but Amazon only allows returns within 30 days and today is day 31! It’s shocking that Amazon is allowed to get away with such a short returns window.

Works perfectly with Alexa
Extension lead works perfectly with Alexa. Each plug can be controlled individually as well as the USB sockets as a group. The plugs can be used with international plugs should you need it. The lead is very easy to connect.
