Surprisingly Decent Bit of Kit for the Price
Got this as a bit of a dabble into the world of vlogging and podcasting â nothing too serious, just a dad with a baby who naps just long enough for me to attempt a YouTube video without a screaming cameo. I wasnât expecting miracles, but this little microphone has actually impressed me.Itâs ridiculously easy to set up â I plugged the receiver into my phone (USB-C for me), turned the mic on, and boom â it just worked. No faffing with Bluetooth or app nonsense. The audio is clear and a noticeable step up from the built-in mic on my phone, especially with background noise. I tested it in the kitchen while the kettle was boiling (as you do), and my voice still came through clean without the dreaded echo or hiss.Battery-wise, Iâve only charged it once and have used it on and off for a few days, so the claimed 24 hours doesnât seem far off. Great for on the go
This mic set is great for out and about!There is some pretty bad Photoshopping on the store page that shows an inaccurate size of the mics. Super unhelpful and no need for it. Bad form WARM BOX.The mics magnetise into the provided case, which is excellent to keep everything together. In addition, the case can be used to charge both mics at once via USB-C, which is super helpful. This alone has made me replace my current portable mic set with these.Sound quality is good enough. Considering the small size, these perform admirably, and noise reduction is good enough for casual use.Build quality wise, the plastic isn’t the best but the units are very light and as long as you aren’t rough with them, they should last a while.The main thing lacking is a magnetised clip. That would allow you to clip the mics onto a shirt front rather than a lapel and would increase the versatility by quite a lot. I get that it may take up some space on the case, but would have been a great addition.The price is a little high for the quality, especially when compared to the competition. For around £20, I can get something similar with a magnetised clip. At almost £30, these feel a little overpriceed but no where near extortionate.Overall, a few imperfections, but a good choice nonetheless! Recommended.

Love the case that charges both microphones at once.Super easy to use. Just plug the receiver in, and you are ready to go.Handily you can also charge your phone through the receiver, using its usb c port.Sound quality is very good (much better than your phones mic’), and noise cancelling does work well.Percentage indicators for the battery are useful, and they do last ages between charges.It wont match DJI Microphones etc, but is a very good step up from your phone. And it’s a good price, for the increase in sound quality.

Solid little mic for on-the-go podcasting and content creation
Picked this up as part of our Groupchat Wrestling Podcast kitâperfect for interviews and quick mobile recordings. Auto-pairing works well, and the battery life with the charging case is solid. Not studio-grade, but the noise cancellation does a decent job for the price. Great backup or travel mic.

Great set of mics and a receiver that plugs right into your device! You get a rechargeable case, sort of how AirPods work that show you charging status.The mics have a display and show you how much juice is left. Good range, simple and easy to use for my purposes (doing interviews outside our office).Super easy to use with my iPhone 15 Pro Max – I cannot speak for other phones but it is supposed to support both iPhones and Androids.Works well and makes my work easier and good value for money so automatic five stars.

I acquired this microphone set through Vine.I was interested in the product as a second/backup set to my current wireless lavalier mic set.Though this set was to be my backup, I think it’s going to be the other way around.Or perhaps more likely, this will be my travel set and my other set will stay home.This current set just seems much easier to manage and more compatible with my phone and the holder I use in my car.When I say easier to manage, I love that this set comes in a hard shell charging case and therefore only requires a single USB-C cable to charge both microphones.My other set comes in a soft travel case and each microphone charges separately, therefore needing two cables and power adapters to charge them simultaneously.In terms of compatibility, the receiver plugs into my phone’s USB-C port but then has its own port so I can still charge my phone, essentially through the port and receiver. My other set does not have such a port on the receiver, requiring the use of adapters or wireless chargers if I want to charge my phone and use the microphones at the same time.Using it this morning, I was happy to find I could put my phone, with the receiver attached, into my expandable phone holder without blocking any of the side controls on my phone or interfering with my charging cable.Overall, I’m impressed by the features of this wireless lavalier microphone set.
